Refund policy
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
You can try Habituel risk-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at support@habituel.com. We are happy to offer a refund within 45 days of you receiving your first order of our product (up to one bag of each product type).
We highly encourage you to get in contact with us prior to initiating your return to ensure your refund is processed correctly. Returning items without prior contact may complicate the identification process, leading to delayed refund processing or the possibility of nullifying the refund.
If you send back items to an incorrect address without obtaining return information from us, we cannot be held accountable for refunding or reshipping those items.
To be eligible for a return, all items from your order must be returned in their original packaging. This includes: any 30-serving+ product(s), The wooden or metal Habituel scoop, The electric mixer (Frother), The original Habituel shipping box, and The Travel Dose. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
It is critical that you email us the tracking information for any return shipments at support@habituel.com. Without this information, if the package fails to reach our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund.
- No refunds will be issued for products returned after 45 days from the date of delivery. No exceptions.
- Open products are not eligible for return after the first order.
- Our money-back guarantee applies only to first-time subscription orders and does not extend to one-time purchase products.
UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER
If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, we are not responsible for reshipping the product. We may refund the cost of the product minus shipping fees, provided it is in its original condition.
For shipments marked as Undelivered, you may receive a replacement or a full refund for the ordered products.
Alternatively, we can reship the order after an additional shipping fee is paid. This policy does not apply to packages that are refused upon delivery.
We will not process replacement or refund requests for orders beyond 45 days from delivery.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If you receive damaged items, contact customer support at support@habituel.com. After confirming the damage, we’ll arrange a replacement. No replacement will be sent without photo proof of the damage.
Requests for replacements or refunds will not be accepted after 45 days from the delivery date.
REFUSED PACKAGES
Refusing a package will incur a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount will be determined by the shipping carrier. By refusing your package, you acknowledge this cost.
Refused shipments may get lost and never return to us. If this happens, we cannot provide a refund. We strongly recommend accepting the package and contacting us for proper return instructions at support@habituel.com.
MODIFYING ORDERS
If you wish to modify your order, email support@habituel.com as soon as possible. If a packing slip has not yet been created, we can cancel or modify the order. Once a packing slip is generated, changes cannot be made.
DUPLICATE ORDERS
Habituel is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by customers online. It is your responsibility to verify your cart before checkout. If a duplicate order is placed, our standard return policy applies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Subscriptions can be canceled after a 14-day period from the initial order date. This gives you time to try the product. After the 14-day window, you can cancel anytime via your account portal on habituel.com. No further charges or shipments will occur once the subscription is canceled.
