Shipping policy

U.S. Shipping Only

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Orders are shipped from within the U.S. using USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from the time your order is processed. Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.

Shipping Liability & Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Habituel is not responsible for delayed, misrouted, or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@habituel.com. We're happy to assist—however, we require a full 14 calendar days from the ship date before we can confirm the package is officially lost and begin any resolution process.

Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refund or replacement unless there is clear evidence of carrier error. We recommend checking with neighbors, building managers, or your local post office if this occurs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact support@habituel.com right away. Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect items
